PartyPoker.Com Announce Upgrade

PartyPoker.com have announced an upgrade to their services and some new features that will make it easier for clients to earn Party Points quicker as well as a series of improvements aimed at improving the customer service features.

The new upgraded Party Points program now gives players the chance to earn points at up to 400 per cent of the standard rate, with the potential to hit an even higher private level in excess to the 400%. Players can earn points on any of the Partygaming brand sites including, Partybets, PartyPoker, PartyCasino, ParyBingo, Partybackgammon and Gamebookers.com.

Accrued points can be exchanged for cash, entries into tournaments and in the near future a series of other products and services will be added which points can be exchanged for.

In an extension of their customer service experience every VIP customer will be allocated a n experienced host who will be their personal contact and on hand 24 hours to provide a point of contact for all issues relating to PartyPoker and all other PartyGaming products.

PartyPoker claim this additional new service is the first of its kind in the online gaming industry. A Partypoker spokesman said, “It means someone who knows gaming will be there for you whatever your gaming needs.”

Other improvements made to make the Partygaming experience more pleasurable for the players, include the ability to expand the poker table to a screen resolution of 1024x 768 which is commonly found on most computers today. Players can change the resolution by clicking the maximisation button or by dragging the corner of the window allowing the single table player to fill their screen, enhancing the players gaming experience.

“Players have long been able to shrink our tables to allow many to fit simultaneously onto their screens, now single table players can fill the screen with their gaming experience,” said the spokesman.

Rematches and easy replays have also been given an overhaul. When a player wins or busts out of a tournament they will be automatically asked if they would like to participate in an event of the same type. With just one click registration for the next event is instantly available to the user.

A facility for an instant rematch is now also available. When the heads-up tournament is finished each participant will be asked if they want to play again. If both players click yes, then another heads-up game will begin immediately.
